Who We Are

O’Leary Cole Construction is a continuation of O’Leary Cole, Inc., a company founded by Trey Cole back in 1986. Started as a small renovation and remodeling company, Trey grew the business into a new construction residential builder. When he moved into the residential development business, he hired him a left hand man to run the daily construction functions. That left hand man was none other than Max Oliver. Max, known then as the FNG, began as the Project Manager in the spring of 2015, and learned the ropes of development while honing his skills as a residential builder.

Fast forward just over eleven years… Trey is a grandfather, spending more time enjoying his family and getting outside to the great outdoors and Max is continuing to build homes! As Trey eases into retirement, Max has taken the reins as O’Leary Cole Construction.

Max is a great fit to carry on the O’Leary Cole home building legacy. Through his years working as the Project Manager and assembling a very capable team of subcontractors and suppliers, they construct amazing homes and are excited for custom builds in Greenville, SC!
